Meet Maddy

I was house hopping when I was about ten… I ended up in a refuge. I was struggling with self harm, I guess was my biggest problem. Being in that positive environment (MMAD), I realised I can’t keep doing this to myself, so I made the decision to say that I wanna break free from self harming. These programs, I’ve seen it in myself and in other kids as well – the change that it can make in each individual’s life – is amazing.
