MMAD’s facilitation of rehabilitative music and mentoring programs inside Juvenile Detention centres spans a 20 year period!
Our passion for juvenile justice programs stems from Dom & Em - our co-founders - who began their careers in youth work working inside centres 2 decades ago. Since then, MMAD has delivered day camps, events, workshops, courses, support groups, transition support, cultural days, holiday programs & content development initiatives with young people across NSW.
Our Juvenile Justice engagement today largely engages, educates & empowers young people to create their own rehab radio series based on hopes, dreams & personal experiences.
On return to their community, young people are reconnected with MMAD’s support to foster a healthy transition and positive commitment to new beginnings.
